When I was a teenager, I worked for Milaeger’s Garden Center.  I learned A LOT there- gardening, decorating, floral arranging, and of course bow making.  You can check out Mileager’s here.

My mom and I would make a TON of bows come Christmas time.  We would put them on top of the tree, use them to tie up evergreen garland, we would add them to our mailbox, trees outside, outdoor lanterns.

Bows are an inexpensive way to add color and a special holiday touch to spaces both in and out of your home.

I made one during a Facebook Live to answer one of our viewers questions.

You can watch the video here.

There are so many ways to make a bow- we would love to know your technique.  Here is the bow maker I see many wreath makers use. I mention it in the Live video. It is a great tool if you make lots of bows or if you really want them to be exact.

Here is the red and black buffalo check ribbon I used.
